Most treatments here start with a consultation. The doctor looks at your skin, asks what you have tried, and tells you plainly what will help and what won't.

- Moles you're unsure about, with a skin biopsy if one is needed
On the day
- We ask about your skin history and any products or medicines you use.
- The doctor examines your skin, hair or nails. A skin biopsy is arranged if one is needed.
- You leave with a written plan: treatment, products and when to come back.
Aftercare
- Give the plan six weeks before judging results.
- Message us on WhatsApp if anything flares up between visits.
